Paris Saint-Germain make €28 million bid for Liverpool target Arda Turan

Paris Saint-Germain have made a €28 million bid for the Turkish international midfielder Arda Traun.

Talksport have stated that the Ligue 1 champions have launched a bid for the Atletico Madrid player who has two years remaining on his contract.

The report goes onto state that the Turkish internationals future at the Madrid based club remains uncertain and that his agent has hinted at a move away form the club.

AC Milan were recently linked with a move for Turan according to Spanish sports daily AS. Liverpool have also been linked with a a €30 million move for Arda in March by the Express.

The 28-year-old became the first Turkish born player to win the La Liga as Atleti won their first league title since 1996 last season.

The Turkish international was also part of the team that reached the Champions League final last season.
Arda made 46 appearances for Atletico Madrid in all competitions this season.
