Arda Turan may not be a favourite of Turkish national team boss Fatih Terim right now but over in Barcelona he has managed to win over large sections of the fanbase as well as his own teammates.
Barca players decided to strike Turan on the head today in a bizarre ritual during the team training session.
We are not exactly sure why his teammates are stroking his head and rubbing his face but Turan seemed to be pretty pleased with it all and shared a caption to go with the picture on his official twitter account which read: “Surround yourself with people who make you happy. Match day!”

Turan is expected to feature for Barca against Deportivo at the Camp Nou today on Saturday where he will come face to face with former team-mates Emre Colak.
