Mesut Özil revealed that his assisting is not reserved to just a football after the 4-0 win over Aston Villa in the FA Cup final at Wembley.
Özil shared a picture on his Twitter account with a photographers camera in his hand and Tweeted: “Always happy assisting. This time our two @Arsenal photographs @Stuart_PhotoAFC & @priceyd101.”
Özil did not provide an assist in the final but he did have an impressive game and was given a rating of 7.46 from Whoscored. The Germany international made 46 passes throughout the game and maintained a passing accuracy of 91.3%.
The 26-year-old playmaker took no shots on target, made three successful dribbles, one accurate crosses and three key passes.
Arsenal retained the FA Cup for the second year in a row following foals from Theo Walcott, Alexi Sanchez, Per Mertesacker and Giroud.
Özil has now won the the trophy for the second time since joining from Real Madrid in 2013.
The World Cup winner finished the season with nine assists and five goal in 33 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions.
