Beşiktaş are reported to have a buyout clause option rumoured to be in the region of €2 million.

Opare has indicated that he is happy to stay in Turkey after settling in and establishing himself in the team.

Porto and Beşiktaş have been in talks over the future of the 24-year-old and are expected to reach an agreement before the end of the season.

Beşiktaş will be able to sign 14 and play 11 foreign players at any one time following the rule changes implemented by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) that come into effect next season.

Opare joined Porto after the 2014 FIFA World Cup campaign with Ghana but failed to make an appearance for the Portuguese giants due to injury.
