Roma midfielder Salih Uçan has suffered another injury blow according to Eurosport TR.
The Turkish international midfielder is expected to be out for 10 days and will miss the Napoli game.
Uçan admitted he was delighted with making his first Serie A start against Cesena.
The 21-year-old recently made his first start for Roma against Cesena.
Uçan setup De Rossi with the winning goal in the 1-0 victory over Cesena before the international break.

The 21-year-old central midfielder has struggled for first team football after spending most of the season out injured.
The Turkish international has already sustained three injury blows already this season.
Uçan is currently on a two-year loan at AS Roma from Fenerbahçe and the Serie A outfit have a clause to make the deal permanent at the end of the current agreement.
The former Bucaspor player has made three appearances for Roma since joining in the summer.
