Sabri Sarıoğlu could earn up to €45,000 per week with bumber new deal

Sabri Sarıoğlu has agreed a contract extension with Galatasaray keeping him at the club until at least July 2016 according to the Milliyet.

The Turkish international will put pen to paper on a 1+1 year deal. The club have the option to extend his contract by a year at the end of next season.

Sabri has also received a pay increase along with his new contract. The 30-year-old who was previously on €1 million per season will now earn €1.58 million per season. Sabri will also receive a a €15,000 appearance bonus.

In weeks where Sabri plays first team football, the 30-year-old will earn his weekly €30,000 plus the €15,000 appearance bonus brining his weekly wage to €45,000.

Financial details of the deal are yet to be released to the Istanbul Stock Exchange.

Galatasaray won the league title for a record 20th time last season and booked a place in next seasons Champions League group stages.
