Sağlam – ‘Eskisehirspor need radical change’ [divider]
Eskişehirspor manager Ertuğrul Sağlam underlined the need for major changes during the winter break following the 3-1 loss against Gaziantepspor.
“I have been here for 1.5 seasons and we have been working within our means trying to get things back on track,” Sağlam said.
“The fans and community have high expectations, it is difficult for us to meet these expectations and that is hard to come to terms with.
“We have been doing our best within our budget, we reached the Turkish Cup final for the first time in 28 years and qualified for euROPE.
“This season we have been unfortunate.
“Things are going to have to change, we need to really motivate the players over the winter break, I am ready to do what is necessary, whatever happens next I hope it works out well for Eskişehirspor.”
EsEs dropped into 13th place on 16 points following the loss.
