Salih Uçan may be sent on loan to Cesena, Cagliari or Parma according to reports in the Italian press.
The 20-year-old midfielder joined Roma on loan from Fenerbahce in July, but has found first team opportunities hard to come by.
One of Roma’s other young talents Antonio Sanabria has also been linked with a loan move away from the club in January.
Uçan has had trouble adapting to the physical nature of the league and is up against stiff competition with Nainggolan, Keita, De Rossi Strootman and Pjanic all playing in his position.
The Turkey U20 international midfielder has played just 20 minutes of Serie A football this season.
Uçan is currently on a two year loan at Roma, the Italian club have the option to sign the talented playmaker at any time during the loan.
