Semih Kaya to miss Galatasaray’s trip to Eskisehirspor

Semih Kaya is expected to miss Galatasaray’s Turkish Super League clash against Eskiehirspor next Monday. According to LigTv the 23-year-old has only managed to participate in light training and wont join full first team training this week.

The young centre back sustained an injury in the International Royal Cup friendly tournament during the winter break.

Kaya still has four-years left on his contract and makes €1.5 million per-season.

The Turkish international has been linked with Juventus, Manchester United, Atletico Madrid and Inter in recent weeks.

Kaya has made 18 appearances for Galatasaray this season.

Galatasaray are currently third in the league, three points behind leaders Fenerbahçe and two points behind second placed Beşiktaş.

The Lions face a tricky test against Eskisehirspor at the Eskişehir Atatürk Stadium on Sunday Monday.
