Sergen Yalcin pleased with Sivasspor draw [divider]
Sivasspor manager Sergen Yalçın revealed that he was pleased with the 0-0 draw against Kasımpaşa.
“Kasımpaşa are a really tough side, especially at home,” Yalçın said.
“Our game plan was to defend well and try to hit them on the break. We did not really create many chances but I am happy with the manner in which we defended.
“My players told me we had a penalty shout, they all said it was clear cut but I did not see it so I cannot comment.
“But I am pleased with our performance today and with the scoreline.
“We will work on fixing our fundamental problems over the winter break but we want to get a few good results under our belt before then.”
Sivasspor remain in 17th place following the draw against Kasımpaşa and take on Karabükspor next.
