Beşiktaş value Ba at €14 million and the Chinese giants are reported to have matched the Black Eagles asking price according to Black Eagles board member Ahmet Ürkmezgil.

“Nothing has been agreed yet the Chinese side wants him for and have made us an offer of €14 million but nothing has been finalised as of yet,” Ürkmezgil told Radyospor.

Ba is however, reported to be reluctant on moving to China preferring a move to the Premier League instead if he is to leave the club.

West Brom are also in talks with the Senegalese international according to the Daily Star and are willing to match his wages and asking price.

The 29-year-old striker is no stranger to Premier League football having played for Chelsea, Newcastle United and West Ham in the past.

Ba joined the Turkish giants on a €6 million move from Chelsea last season and scored a career record 27 goals in all competitions.

The powerful striker still has another two-years left on his contract with the Black Eagles.
