Ghana beat South Africa 2-1 to reach the Africa Cup of Nations quarter-finals as Group C winners.
South Africa took an early lead after Mandla Masongo scored on 17 minutes.
Ghana were on the verge of crashing out of the competition until Kayseri Erciyesspor defender equalised 17 minutes from time.
The Black Stars poured men forwards in search of a winner and were rewarded for their efforts on 83 minutes when Andre Ayew scored the winning goal.
Trabzonspor forward Abdul Majeed Waris was called up by Ghana manager Avram Grant but was later removed from the squad after suffering an injury.
