The Reds are currently fifth in the league on 54 points and have closeed the gap with fourth placed Manchester United to just two points following tonights win against Swansea.
Swansea are currently in 9th place with 40 points from 28 games.
Liverpool have not lost a Premier League game in which Can has started in defence this season.
