Fatih Terim has made a number of changes to Turkish national team ahead of the Euro 2016 qualification game against Kazakhstan and friendly against Brazil.

Terim has dropped Bayer Leverkusen stars Ömer Toprak and Hakan Çalhanoğlu while calling up Gökhan Töre.

Töre, Toprak and Çalhanoğlu were involved in an altercation last year which resulted in a gun being pulled on the Bayer duo.

Töre was reported to have had a fight with a friend of Toprak while a friend of the Beşiktaş winger held a gun to both Bayer players.

The incident sparked outrage but Terim has decided to forgive Töre at what seems the expense of Toprak and Çalhaoğlu.

Fenerbahçe goalkeeper Volkan Demirel has returned to the squad and will be joined by fellow Yellow Canary players Caner Erkin, Gökhan Gönül, Bekir İrtegün, Alper Potuk and Mehmet Topal.

Tarık Çamdal, Semih Kaya, Hamit Altıntop, Selçuk İnan and Burak Yılmaz have been called up from Galatasaray.

İsmail Koybaşı, Oğuzhan Özyakup, Töre, Olcay Şahan and Mustafa Pektemek have been called up from Beşiktaş.

Arda Turan, St. Etienne striker Mevlüt Erdinç and 19-year-old Schalke defender Kaan Ayhan are the only players who play outside Turkey to have been called up.
