Tolgay Arslan arrives in Istanbul [divider]
HSV Hamburg midfielder Tolgay Arslan has arrived in Istanbul ahead of his move to Beşiktaş.
Arslan will undergo a medical in the morning before completing his transfer to Beşiktaş according to DHA.

“I want to thank everyone who was involved in my transfer, I came here to win the league title, hopefully we reach our goal together, I will explain the transfer process in more detail when I reach my hotel,” Arslan told DHA reporters
Arslan was on the verge of signing for Trabzonspor yesterday but opted to join the Black Eagles instead.
The 24-year-old is reported to have agreed to a lower wage at Beşiktaş than he would have received at Trabzonspor.
The Germany born midfielder will be available for Beşiktaş’s clash against Mersin İdmanyurdu on Sunday.
Arslan has two assists in 15 appearances in all competitions for HSV this season.
The 24-year-old was born in Germany and represent either Turkey or Germany at international level.
Arslan will be able to play with an domestic status in Turkey due to being of Turkish origin.
