Beşiktaş midfielder Tolgay Arslan stated that his sides performance in the 2-0 win against Trabzonspor was excellent.
“We played great as a team against Trabzonspor, perhaps one of our best performances of the season,” Arslan was quoted as saying by Eurosport TR.

Arslan also underlined that he thought he played well in the two previous games against Karabükspor and Kasımpaşa.
“I think I played well against Karabük and Kasımpaşa but against Trabzonspor we played a more tactical game, I had a more defensive role and showed my versatility,” he added.
Arslan was one of the star performers for Beşiktaş against Trabzonspor, the 24-year-old scored a 7.82 rating by Whoscored.
The former HSV man excelled defensively, completing more tackles (7) than any other player in the game.
The Turkish international has replaced midfielder Veli Kavlak over the past three weeks as a first-team player and received an average rating of 7.32 on Whoscored.
Beşiktaş moved into first place following the win over Trabzonspor. The Black Sea Storm lost their first home game since the turn of the year ending their best home winning streak since 2012.
