The Czech Republic international joined Beşiktaş from Udinese in July 2008 for €5 million.

The defender has made 12 appearances for the Black Eagles this season.

Sivok has 48 international caps for the Czech Republic.

Kasımpaşa are currently 11th in the Süper Lig and coached by Dutch manager Jan Wouters.

Wouters was previously the Youth Development Coordinator at the club but took charge of the Kasimpasa v Galatasaray game following Shota Arveladze’s resignation.
