Tosun dreams of Chelsea move [divider]
Gençlerbirliği striker Berat Tosun revealed that he dreams of playing for Chelsea in the future.
“I am always working on developing myself, I am not the finished article yet,” Tosun said.
“I want to play in Spain or England one day, actually I dream of playing for Chelsea.
“They say I look like Alexi Sanchez but my role model is Falcao, I love his aggressive, physical style of play, I want to tear through defences like him.”
Tosun joined the Gençlerbirliği academy aged 10 and now plays for the senior team.
“I grew up at the academy, my family gave me a lot of support, my neighbourhood was not Mamak anymore it was the club,” Tosun said.
“It is a great academy, probably one of the best youth setups in Turkey and they actually give us a chance in the senior team unlike most other clubs.”
The 21-year-old striker has six goals and two assists in all competitions this season.
