Tottenham defender linked with €3.5m move to Galatasaray

Tottenham centre-back Younes Kaboul has been linked with a move to Galatasaray by the Turkish newspaper Fanatik.

The report states that Kaboul is Galatasaray manager Hamza Hamzaoglu’s primary target this summer.

The Istanbul giants have set aside €3.5 for the France international’s transfer fee and want to wrap up the deal by the end of the week.

Galatasaray could face competition from Beşiktaş who appoint Şenol Güneş as head coach last week. The Black Eagles manager also underlined that his first priority is to increase his defensive options.

Güneş gave the go ahead for the club to target Tottenham defender Younes Kabul according to Eurosport TR.

The experienced defender fell out of favour with head coach Mauricio Pochettino last season and struggled for playing time only making 15 appearances all season.

Kaboul defender still has another season left on his contract.
