Trabzonspor and Bursaspor are in a race to sign Yekta Kurtuluş from Galatasaray according to the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet.
Galatasaray are in talks with both clubs who have made offers of approximately €500,000.
The Istanbul Giants are willing to part company with Yekta for a low price due to his high wages. Galatasaray will otherwise have to pay Yekta €2.5 million over two and a half years.
Yekta has struggled to establish his place in the Galatasaray squad this season.
The Istanbul giants are aiming to both decrease the size of their squad and wage bill during the upcoming transfer window.
Yekta has made 11 appearances for Galatasaray this season.
