The 21-year-old is currently on a season-long loan at FC Luzern and the Sabah newspaper state that Trabzonspor have scouts keeping tabs his performances.
Yesil is known to be a Trabzonspor fan and spent his summer break in the Black sea region of Turkey. Despite being born in Germany his family originate from Trabzon in north-eastern Turkey.
The former Bayer Leverkusen man has made two assists and has found the back of the four times in 17 appearances for Luzern this season.
