Trabzonspor continued preparations for this weekends clash against Galatasaray in the Super League.
José Bosingwa, Mustapha Yatabare, Abdul Majeed Waris, Essiad Belkalem, Carl Medjani and Avram Papadopoulos missed training due to international commitments.
Trabzonspor captain Onur Kivrak watched training from the sidelines. The 26-year-old goalkeeper is expected to be out for a further six months due to the knee injury he sustained at the start of the season.
Speaking to local reporters Kivrak said, “I feel good, the recovery is going well.”
Ersun Yanal’s side will travel to Istanbul tomorrow to continue preparations for the game.
The clash against Galatasaray will be Ersun Yanal’s first game in charge for Trabzonspor.
The Black Sea based side sit in 10. place with 12 points from nine games.
