Trabzonspor President: We have received offers from England and Lille for Waris

Trabzonspor president İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu has confirmed that Ligue 1 side Lille and a number of English clubs are in talks to sign Abdul Majeed Waris.
“Lille and a few English clubs are interested in signing Waris,” Hacıosmanoğlu told Best FM.
“Lille were also interested in Waris before we signed him. However a player cannot play for three different clubs in one season so he will have to wait until the end of the season.”

Manchester United have also been linked with a move for Waris in recent weeks.
Hacıosmanoğlu recently confirmed interest from the Premier League giants.
“We have received offers for some of our foreign players,” Hacıosmanoğlu told Radyospor.
“We know Manchester United are monitoring him too.”
The highly rated Ghanian international joined Spartak Moscow in 2013 and spent last season on loan at Ligue 1 outfit Valenciennes.
Waris found the back of the net four times for the Black Sea Storm this season.
