Galatasaray host Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super League tomorrow at the Turk Telekom Arena.
The derby clash will be Ersun Yanal’s first game in charge of Trabzonspor since being appointed in Vahid Halilhodzic’s place.
The Black Sea Storm who sit in 10th place after nine games, are without a win against the big three Istanbul sides in their last 18 encounters. The last time Trabzonspor beat one of the big Istanbul trio was against Besiktas in the cup back in April 2012.
Trabzonspor go into the derby against Galatasaray without Essiad Belkalem who picked up a suspension against Konyaspor last time out. Onur Recep Kivrak will also miss the game due to a long term knee injury.
Ersun Yanal’s side arrived in Istanbul today to continue preparations for the game.
