Turkey can still make Euro 2016 says Fatih Terim [divider]
Turkey can still qualify for the 2016 European Champions despite being 4th in Group A with four points according to Fatih Terim.
“We plan to win all the remaining games in the group,” Terim said.
“We will try to achieve our goal. We dominated the entire game and put on a good performance tonight.
“We played fantastic football in the first half.
“Obviously, there is a difference in strength between Turkey and Kazakhstan, but our opposition have power and ambition of themselves which had to be taken seriously.
“There are still six games left to be played in this group and we can’t afford to drop any points.”
Turkey are 4th in Group A after picking up just four points after four games. The Crescent-Stars beat Kazakhstan 3-1 to record their first win of the qualification campaign.
Turkey face Netherlands next on Match Day 5 on 28 March 2015.
