Turkish giants join Crystal Palace in race to sign Everton Senegal international

Everton transfer news

Besiktas haven’t given up hope of signing Oumar Niasse from Everton according to the Turkish Super League broadcaster LigTV.

The report states that the Eagles are in contact with both Everton and Niasse and that the Senegal international is one of Besiktas’ transfer targets.

Besiktas have also been linked with a move for the former Sunderland striker Asamoah Gyan according to Goal.

Meanwhile the The Mirror recently reported that Crystal Palace, Sunderland, Hull and West Brom are all all interested in signing Niasse this summer.

Niasse – who previously played in the Turkish Super League for Akhisar Belediyespor – failed to find the back of the net in the Premier League for Everton last season.

The 25-year-old joined Everton from the Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow for £13,5 million on February 1 but has failed to impress in the Premier League.

Everton take on Stoke City in the Premier League this weekend while face Konyaspor.
