Tuzlaspor manager Zafer Yiğit admitted he was proud of his teams performance following the 2-2 draw against Gaziantepspor.
“I am proud of my players performance against Gaziantepspor,” Yiğit said.
“To be honest we were not at our best but all the boys tried their best and that is all I can ask against a top-tier team.
“We need to be able to pass better and more accurately. We also played at a low tempo today but actually one point is not a bad result.
“It would be a great achievement to make it out of the group stages, we are almost there but still have a long way to go.
“It is still too early to get complacent, we must focus and be disciplined or we will be punished.”
Tuzlaspor remained in first place in Turkish Cup Group A on seven points following the draw.
