The 20-year-old midfielder cemented himself a regular first-team spot in the Bursaspor and Turkish national sides.

The report also goes onto to claim that Roma have also put forward a €3.5 million bid.

The offers are below Bursaspor’s €9 million valuation of their star midfielder.

Manchester United are also reported to be interested in the young midfielder and have been keeping close tabs on Tufan scouting him throughout the season according to his father.

“Other big European teams have sent scouts to watch Ozan play…AC Milan, Juventus, Chelsea and both Manchester clubs, City and United,” Mehmet Tufan told Spanish newspaper AS.

Tufan played in defensive and attacking roles throughout the season. Only Volkan Şen provided more assists (12) than Tufan (9) for the Green Crocodiles.

The 20-year-old scored three goals and provided nine assists in 41 appearances for Bursaspor this season.
