Arda Turan has not been able to play a single game for Barcelona despite joining on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid over the summer transfer window due to the FIFA transfer ban but has been able to participate in training.
Turan seems to have bonded well with his new teammates and the talk of the town in his most recent training session was a lunging tackle on Luis Suarez who decided to react to the incident by rolling around theatrically on the turf.
Turan probably needs a little more work on his tackling but has plenty of time to prepare as he will not be able to play until January. Barcelona will be able to register new players over the winter transfer window.
Barcelona are currently first in the La Liga table and have booked a place in the Champions League Last 16. Turan will also be permitted to Champions League registration over the winter break.
