Arsenal playmaker Mesut Özil was interviewed by Adidas Football’s Game Day Plus show ahead of his sides 2-0 win over Monaco in the UEFA Champions League Last 16 second-leg game.
The 26-year-old answered questions about his role model, the Champions League and Arsenal’s chances against Monaco.
Özil signed a contract with Adidas in 2013 believed to be worth in the region of €25 million to promote and wear their products. The deal will run until 2020.

The Gunners beat on Monaco on Tuesday 17 March but were unable to book a place in the quarter finals after losing out against the Ligue 1 side on the away goal rule.
Arsenal lost the first leg 3-1 at home after conceding goals from Kondogbia, Berbatov and Ferreira-Carrasco.
Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud scored for Arsenal in the return-leg but it was not enough to prevent the North London based side heading for another exit at the Last 16 stage.
Özil seven assists and four goals in 15 appearances in all competitions for the Gunners this season.
