Premier League side West Brom have been linked with a move for the Saint Etienne striker Mevlut Erdinc.
Erdinc has previously been linked with a move to England, with Newcastle coming close to signing the powerful striker two seasons ago.
According to Turkish media, West Brom will table a bid for Erdinc in January in order to bolster their attacking options.
The 27-year-old was removed from the Turkish National team squad following an injury he picked up during Turkey’s 4-0 defeat to Brazil.
Erdinc has scored three goals and made one assist in 13 appearances for Saint-Etienne this season in all competitions.
