West Ham agree €13m buyout clause and €3m loan fee for Besiktas star

West Ham United have signed the Besiktas’ star winger Gokhan Tore on a season long loan.

A source close to Besiktas have told Turkish-Football.com that West Ham have agreed a a €3 million fee to loan Tore for the season. An option to buy has also been included in the contract which is set at €13 million.

Tore joined Besiktas from the Russian side Rubin Kazan back in July 2013 and has three years remaining on his contract with Besiktas.

West Ham had a bid for Tore rejected last month according to SkySports. The 24-year-old has been a long-term target for West Ham manager Slaven Bilic who worked with him at Besiktas.

Tore established himself as one of the most highly sought after players in the Turkish league under the stewardship of Bilic who managed Besiktas for two seasons before taking over at West Ham last summer.

Tore provided nine assists and scored six goals in 35 appearances for Besiktas in all competitions last season.
