West Ham are set to make a move for Beşiktaş midfielder Oğuzhan Özyakup according to the Mirror.

The report states that Özyakup is valued at £10 million and that former Beşiktaş manager Slaven Bilic is keen on signing his former player.

Bilic knows Özyakup well having coached him for two-years during his time in charge of the Black Eagles.

West Ham could however, also face competition from Arsenal for his signature as the Gunners are interested in their former youth player.

The Turkish international midfielder played a major role in the ArsenalUnder-18s side that won the Premier Academy League title in 2009 and made a few appearances in cup competitions for the Gunners before joining Beşiktaş in 2012 for a fee of €500,000.

The 22-year-old is currently on international duty with Turkey and has provided three assists and scoring once in six league games.
