Yasin Oztekin staying at Galatasaray [divider]
Galatasaray winger Yasin Öztekin wants to stay at the club according to football agent Önder İnce.
“Yasin Öztekin was linked with a move to Karabükspor while Cesare Prandelli was in charge,” İnce said.
“Prandelli was not playing Yasin and he felt disillusioned at the club.
“Prandelli actually wanted him to leave.
“But now we are in a new era, Hamza Hamzaoğlu is in charge and he has been playing Yasin.
“Hamza wants Yasin to stay and Yasin loves the new manager and is happy at the club.
“Yasin will not be leaving Galatasaray.
“He wants to stay at the club and help win the league title and Turkish Cup. Yasin has been getting more playing time under Hamza and feels valued again.
“He does not want to leave and this decision should be respected.”
Öztekin joined Galatasaray on a £2 million move from Erciyesspor last season.
The 27-year-old winger has five assists in 11 appearances this season.
