Fenerbahçe have held talks with Olympiakos manager Vitor Pereira according to HaberTürk.
SporTürk football pundit Faik Çetiner claimed that Fenerbahçe sporting director Giuliano Terraneo has been in negotiations with Pereira.
The former Lazio sporting director was appointed the same role at Inter in 2000 and was responsible for bringing in the likes of Clarence Seedorf and Fabio Cannavaro.
Fenerbahçe are expected to appoint a non Turkish manager to work alongside Terraneo.
The Yellow Canaries are currently without a manager following the resignation of Ismail Kartal.
Periera has also been closely linked with a move to Scottish giants Rangers according to the Daily Record.
The Portuguese manager guided Olympiakos to the Greek title last season.
Fenerbahçe finished the league season as runners up and booked a place in the Champions League play-off stages.
The Yellow Canaries will participate in European competition for the first time in two years after serving their UEFA suspension.
